When I want to play Youtube videos, I need to set date and time every time. Even if "set automatically" option is kept selected it doesn't work. why? Is there a way out?

I have a settop box of Prysm HD. But it cannot be paired with LG Tv remote. If there is any way to do it please tell me how to do that. The standard product list of settop boxes does not feature the brand that I own.

Why the web browser cannot be updated? It does take me to google chrome page, asks to select os version you need the upgrade . But whatever you select the download never happens. Please help.

No channel guide with magic remote.

I have made the settings for Universal controller on the LG magic remote and it can now operate my set-top box, dvd player etc. with one exception. The tv remote can start/stop the settop box, change channels with the up/down arrow keys but there is no channel guide from where I select a channel visually. The channel guide page shows an empty table after the guide button is pressed on the remote. But everything is fine when I operate the STB with its own remote controller. I am using Tata Sky set-top box in India. Please help.
