I have the LG Smart TV lb6520

I know that is adviced to eject a usb stick or HD drive before disconnecting from the TV

I have been looking in all the tv menus for eject usb drive but coudnt find any

please advice

In Old version this was work perfect!!! Why you broke good and working functionality?

Check with 3D video separate by one vertical separate line.

 

For test example you can play video via network.

 

The latest update broke 3D functionality too. Not every time 3d option is show at bottom. Fix that!!!
Menu at the bottom with 3D option not want to start. Please make it force to start.
When user press 3d button you can automatically set 3D mode. This is OK. For any case start menu at the bottom too. Because user make try to start tv from slow network any your algorithm will not work correctly and recognition of 3D video mode is wrong. Do you need additional video to prove that.
Very disappointing.

Again .. Problems with Channels..

TV forgetts TV Channels and Nubers since the last Update, even if I reload the Channellist from USB Stick it lasts some Minutes and some channels (S2) are lost or changed to different chanels

I bought the TV last September and was about to return it to the Store because of this elementary Bug and the unusual Channel Sort routine, after the Update in October it was fixed but now t is back again...

For my oppinion, searching and sorting TV Channellist is a essencial funktion of a TV, Smart TV Functions are nice gimmics, why dont you spend all the Time in developing gimmics but leave the customers with unusual main functions?

It have a program for sorting and mangment channels. Export your chanell to USB and then import to your computer with this program. Easy and powerfull mangment, sorting of channels.

To Export into USB must go to programs in settings menu Program tunings.

The bug is randomly and very rare. For a year is happing only two time when start TV. Before this bug I use smart share player and turn off TV until player is in play movie mode.

LG Store for Bulgaria location not support Today app and for that reason I switch to UK,but BBC player service not work at all. Why? In Bulgaria store apps are very poor and small number.

LG developer app - I cannot logon. Your politic according this is very restricted. Why? Make it available for users.

TV is not enough power to play full HD video. For that reason I out will never see this functionality.

Please provide images of TV network settings and router dhcp options.

May be your router option that provide IP to dhcp client are wrong configure are you have old firmware version or your TV is broke.

My WiFi adapter start automatically when power on TV.

But when press number from remote show collection with radio ,digital and analog channels.

When remove battery and then put it back was fix it and work again.

Updated firmware version to 04.62.45 with USB.

Is there any problems. How it work?

You are totally wrong.

You can reassembly ROM package and copy only software updates of program. Reassembly to see architecture layers. One layer is service,other hardware and software. Just need to get service and software layers from 2.0 then replace you old ROM. Last step is to archive and update. Done.

At current time not have any webOS 2 available on the market. After become I will update server for all lg TV users. Just change DNS and check update.

I am very interested too..

You are fake. If you have external IP I will install and set all option to easy connect and update all LG TV. This can be done on Linux too.

LG ROM provider server is standard appache web server. You must only set your DNS IP and then trigger update.

Server name is "LgDTVUpDater".

1.Download lg server provider.

2.Set IP of personal computer where server was install. This is one config file.

3.Check file link for correct web link ROM.

4. Open LG network advance settings, set manually network interface. Then set only DNS IP address of your computer.

5. Go to update lg settings and check for update and install.

Do you need more info? I update my TV with 4.55 version. After aprile,2015 I will install web is 2.0 ROM.

We must send complains to big LG boss.

I update manualy with 4.51 and current use Bulgaria region.

Today app is missing.

 

Make fake lg server, set manualy dns to su.lge.com and done. Update and not have any problem.

In Sweden I miss "Today" app! :-(
