Hi
I have an a 49UH850V TV with SH7 sound bar and 2 x H3 speakers.
When I turn the system on the H3 rear speakers go to high volume. The only way I can adjust this is either through the app or on the H3 speaker volume control direct. If I turn the TV off and on again it returns to high volume setting.
Also the sub woofer seems to have a mind of its own and will sometimes crackle and pop. And I think the overall sound level is unstable.
I am using the internal Freeview receiver so there is no external conflict
LG have changed the TV main board.
I have now run the "wireless" H3 speakers on a wired network as they were unstable even with a LG sound bridge and I tried all the available frequencies!
All the firmware is up to date.
If I run the output from the TV via optical I get the volume issues but the AV sync on the TV works (and I have tried different optical cables). If I use Bluetooth the volume issue goes away but the AV sync is greyed out so I can't get the lip sync correct. (it needs to be on -5, If I use the AV sync on the soundbar it only goes +ve!). I can't get it to work on the HDMI ARC socket at all.
I have had both the LG support and the retailers support (Currys) looking at this and everybody seems to have drawn a blank.
Any ideas???
