LG sucks. We have spent well over $10k on LG TV, refrigerator and range. TV WebOS obsolete as mentioned in this post. Refrigerator died and we were left high & dry by LG for over 4 months! Range died when we used the auto-clean function, and required a thermostat breaker replacement, with the advice to not use the auto-clean function!? NEVER BUY LG!!!

A [language removed] TV does not need to update, it's just a way for them to spy on what you watch and what your habits are. My suggestion don't connect the TV to the internet at all and use a Roku, Chromecast or Firestick to do the smart functions, A TV should just be a display. [language removed] LG especially.

I recently purchased an LG OLED TV and couldn't believe it doesn't have this feature. DLNA isn't always possible. Checked all the Apps out just to see if one would allow me to view network drives/shares and they don't. PLEASE ADD THIS FEATURE.
