  1. The Soundbar I was using was from Orbitsound (Orbitsound A70). Ultimately Orbitsound took responsibility (as LG seems to be not interested in finding a solution) and they applied an update for the Soundbar that looks to have mostly resolved the issue I encountered. I do think that Orbitsound created an alternative fix to an issue that originated from LG. To me it is disappointing that LG appear to have not actively sought to find a solution to this issue that is affecting a lot of customers.
  2. Thanks. But the Soundbar I am using (Orbitsound A70) does not have HDMI connection. Optical, Blue tooth or Aux (3.5mm jack) are the options
  3. I too am having same issues with intermittent dropping off of the sound volume. I am using a new LG OLED 55B6V TV with Orbitsound A70 soundbar. Both (top of range?) items newly purchased. Connecting using recommended optical cable. The sound seems to drops randomly for a few seconds and then recovers to the correct volume level. Orbitsound support tell me the issue is with the LG TV? Not sure where the issue is but it would appreciate LG helping to resolve with the Soundbar suppliers.
