Amazon won't launch or update

I have a 75UH8500 and an 65UH8500. and both are on the latest firmware 4.30.19.


I can't get the Amazon app to launch or update. When I try to update. I get the error message: Not enough storage. Delete unnecessary files and try again.


I have plenty of space. The update is 87MB and I have over 422MB free. 


Does anyone have any thoughts?

Can you pls tell from which country you are trying to download the amazon prime app.
