Hi can someone help please.
I purchased this TV as I was assured that I could move TV stations in whichever order I wished. For example, channel 23 can be moved to channel 1.
Under edit all programmes, it only gives me 2 options. Lock/unlock and skip/restore.
Software has the latest updates. It's under Antenna DTV.
Not sure what else to try.

The LG Content Store is missing from my smart TV so I can’t add any apps. It’s an older smart TV and the ribbon does not look like the newer models. Is it hidden somewhere?

Hello,
I have purchased a new TV and I'm unable to login to the LG account. Whenever i try i get the error saying : The lg services country information could not be retrieved from the server. Image is attached !
I have registered the TV online on lg.com I tried resetting and rebooting the TV I tried the LG customer service which is pathetic and they just asked to exchange the TV with the retailer ( I don't know what customer service is smoking, if people start replacing TV for every software issue, it will be the end for LG Business) What else can be done?

I’ve tried Google, Facebook, and Amazon. All 3 have a blank black screen, no sign in rendered.
I’ve tried a manual login. Tells me to use google. I created an iCloud account to log in. I can log into LGs website. I cannot sign into the TV with the newly created email. It says there’s a temporary problem.

Hello everyone.
I have problem.
I bought LG 49UH600 few days ago. And I tried to use applications, but there is no possible to upgrade them. Its also with LG store , It cant be open.
I only can use WEB Browser.
I searched over the internet and found out that I have to register account for my TV, and that I could do it in quick settings- advanced - general - Account Management
But when I go to advaced - general - there is no account managment option at all.
What to do ?
