HBO Go startup not working

I have installed the HBO Go app from the store.

Unfortunately, when I start it up, it will always remain staying on the 'Starting...' page.


I have tried reinstalling, but this does not seem to provide any resolve.


Please advise!

Hi tom,

from what country/origin do you installed the hbo go app?

its uneasy to me to find this app, i tried changin the country zone to find one,with no avail,

maybe if you share your location i will test the app too to find some answers, ihave an LG uf8500 4k tv
