Hi, I have the option to right click and pick the subtitles on my Mac when watching movies in the VLC Player, but I can’t do this on the LG OLED, though. I already renamed the subtitle file to be the exact same as the video file and I did have the SRT file in the same folder where the movie is. However, when I connect the hard drive to the TV, the subtitle still doesn't appear. The format of my hardrive is NTFS. Can anyone please offer some advice?

Hello,
Since my TV updated to the last WebOS firmware 05.20.08, quick access key (Long Press 1 for HDMI1, Long press 2 for HDMI2) are reset each time i shutdown the TV, and i have to set them after each reboot...
I tried to restore the factory default settings on the TV to see if there is any change, but sadly this didn't fixed my problem.
Any idea please ?

After software update, how do i restart the webOS without unplugging the TV from outlet ? I don't see a restart option in the menu !

I have a LG Smart TV 32LF650V.
When I play movies on HBO Go, they play fine about an hour and a half. But if the movie is longer, it randomly stops, then starts from the beginning. So I must go fast forward. But it happens again after a few minutes. It becomes a pain.
speedtest.net shows 58 Mbps, so the speed is not an issue.
Any ideas?
