How to eject USB stick or HD drive connected to LG smart

Gentlemen

I have the LG Smart TV lb6520

I know that is adviced to eject a usb stick or HD drive before disconnecting from the TV

I have been looking in all the tv menus for eject usb drive but coudnt find any

please advice

Press home menu

Go to top right cytcle.

Voalia.

I finaly got it and here are the 2 ways in full details

 

How to properly eject USB Stick or HD Drive connected to LG smart TV

 

1st way  :

 

1- Press Home in magic remote control

2- Press the cable circle on the right of the screen ( input hub )

3- Select  all inputs

4- Scroll down and locate the usb stick or hd drive under smartshare section

5- Select  the desired usb device to remove

6- Press eject from the right of the screen

 

 

2nd way

 

1- Press and hold 123/input from the magic remote control

2- Select all inputs

3- Scroll down and locate the usb stick or hd drive under smartshare section

4- Select  the desired usb device to remove

5- Press eject from the right of the screen

      Initially would search and find 3 networks (Testra Air, the correct one and one other??) but would not connect.
      Reset our router (turn off then turned on again  and waited) but now no networks are even found to attempt to connect to.
      Any suggestions what my next step should be?  This has happened suddenly.  Thanks

      Portable Hard Drive intermittent error discovering it

      I have an LG65UR80006LJ and when I plug my portable hard drive in to one of the USB ports, it lights up and sometimes the thumbnail folder gets added by the TV (I can see it when I plug the drive back into my PC) and twice now it has operated as expected and it appears as a device on the media app.
      But it has only worked correctly twice and now doesn't find the drive at all, despite me having reformatted it and only add one file to the root directory (the first page if this makes sense; not buried in sub folders.)
      Before I box the TV back up and send it back, is there anything else I need/can do as my 12 year old Philips smart tv has no problems what so ever finding the drive and playing the media on it?

      I recently updated the firmware on my  LG43UH610V.  Now I constantly get "Wired Lan cable disconnected" / "Wired network is connected" messages even while watching a video file from my NAS. The TV is connected and using the network while getting these messages. It has always been on a fixed IP address on the LAN.

I’ve googled just about every fix . Unplugged, reset , reset Wi-Fi, changed location , time zone then changed it back . Please help ! Thank you !
