  1. Hey guys, While I have Sonos Beam gen2 connected to my LG 65C12LA via HDMI (eARC) I can’t select any other output device e.g. bluetooth headphones. I can technically select it in TV menu for like 5 seconds, and then output switched back to HDMI (eARC). Is it a bug or feature? Thanks in advance!
  2. We ran an ARC sound bar with surround sound on a C9 OLED TV - this works fine . I would like to add a bluetooth headphone for my partner to use as her hearing is getting worse but key is to operate both the sound bar and the bluetooth headphones at same time - Has anyone done this . I can see away to do it with internal speaker option but quaility of speakers is not too good on the C9.
  3. I am trying to connect my LG C1 to my wired Sennheiser RF 175 speakers. My tv is also connected to a Sonos Beam soundbar via EARC. Having selected Wired headphones on the Sound out menu, the headphones come on for about 3 seconds and then both the TV and Sound out menu flick back to HDMI. I have tried using two further wired headphones and also some Bluetooth headphones but all show the same result. The only way I can get the headphones to stay on is if I take the HDMI lead out of the tv, thereby disconnecting the soundbar. I didn't have this problem with my previous Panasonic TV because as soon as I switched on the headphones they came to life together with the TV. I can't see any LG menu item that I am missing. I have also logged the issue with LG - no reply yet. Any ideas please?
  4. Hi. Just bought a LG UH605V TV. I want to easily connect wireless headphones because using the jack in the rear is not easy for me (TV too close to the wall). What Sound Sync headphones can I buy that are compatible with this TV? Or is there another solution? Thank you.
  5. I have a 43LJ5500 and want use headphones while watching the TV. There is no 3.5mm Port. I can get to the Sound Out menu but it won’t fine the LG Tone wireless headphones that I just bought for this purpose. Am I just missing something, or does this TV not support wireless headphones?
  6. Hi, I have a Led 4K 43UH620V. I want to buy an headphone wireless that is compatible with this model (I read that only models with the LG Sound Sync will do). Also I read here in this Forum that the HBS 700, 730 and 800 are compatible with LG sound sync but I also read that some people that chose one of this models didn't work. Did something change, did LG launch newer models, as these are descontinued? Many thanks. Best Regards.
