  1. New user to the forum! My TV is an LG OLED 65B6P, which was working fine until a few days ago, when the magic remote pointer and OK button stopped working (was getting message that Bluetooth needed to be initialized). After making the mistake of calling product support, they had me do a factory reset, but that didn't fix the issue, and only made it worse, as now I can't proceed from the "Start Up" menu as I can't click the OK button. I'm dead in the water, and have even tried this with 2 different magic remotes! I've tried the pairing and unpairing suggested on numerous support sites, and can't get anywhere with this. Can't even find an LG service center in the Boston area. I also have a Harmony Ultimate remote, but that likely won't help here, as I can't get the "OK" button assigned in the TV's current state. Any help is appreciated!
  2. We ran an ARC sound bar with surround sound on a C9 OLED TV - this works fine . I would like to add a bluetooth headphone for my partner to use as her hearing is getting worse but key is to operate both the sound bar and the bluetooth headphones at same time - Has anyone done this . I can see away to do it with internal speaker option but quaility of speakers is not too good on the C9.
  3. I'm running 03.21.05 on a Nano95 8K, at the moment my numerous attempts pair my tiny Bluetooth Keyboard with Touchpad & Media Keys (Play, Pause, Stop, FastForward, Rewind, Previous Track and Next Track) Fail because it seems to proceed, detect and start pairing but at the time of entering the Random Code to verify and pair fails. As if it were a bug or incompatibility issues, after spending hours finally an article on the interwebs that it does not support.
  4. Hello, After updating my LG TV to the latest firmware I saw a new option: It is "Bluetooth Speaker Volume": Before this update, I used to connect to my Bluetooth headphones quicker because the option "Connect" was the FIRST OPTION. Now It is the second option and I have to press down every time to highlight "Connect". Why replacing "Connect" with this disabled option "Bluetooth Speaker Volume" ?! This is annoying because my TV fails to detect my headphones automatically so I have to go to this menu every day and select "Connect" manually. ☹️ Making "Bluetooth Speaker Volume" the first option just made this process more annoying because now I have to press more buttons. My simple request is: Make "Connect" the first option. Thanks.
  5. Can the bluetooth on the LG TV allow support for 2 bluetooth headphones at the same time? or Have bluetooth and TV audio play at the same time? https://www.samsung.com/au/support/mobile-devices/what-is-the-dual-audio-feature/
  6. Hello everyone, I recently bought a LG 32LM6300PLA Smart TV. I have a bluetooth headset and I'd like to use it as an audio output for my TV but when I try to pair it to the TV, the TV simply doesn't find it. I'm new to the LG smart TVs world so I'm wondering if my TV can be paired just to compatible devices, and if yes, what kind of devices can I pair? Thanks everyone.
  7. I I have a LG 65UM7300 2160P. I have some Resound Bluetooth hearing aids that are connected but I can't play them and an optical Soundbar or the TV speakers at the same time so that my wife can hear it while I'm listening with my hearing aids. I hope somebody has been able to do this consistently. Mine works once in awhile.
  8. Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution? I'm watching my LG OLED55C8 connected via Bluetooth to a simple/small JBL Charge4 speaker. Sound output on the speaker is delayed by a few seconds, I see an actor speaking on the TV and the words come out seconds later on the speaker. Friends have told me that there should be a simple setting to handle this but I'm unable to determine where it is on WebOS. I don't really need a more involved soundbar and cannot connect this speaker to the TV directly. Any ideas? Thanks!
  9. Question: Why does LG's website say I should check this forum to see if 3rd Party Bluetooth Headsets with work completely and correctly with LG sound sync and WebOS, when LG has not or will not publish a list of which 3rd Party Bluetooth Headsets are tested as compatible with specific LG TV models? We recently purchased an LG 55UM7300PUA (2019) TV and have a question about which 3rd Party Bluetooth Headsets that are compatible with LG sound sync and WebOS... My wife wants to listen to our 55UM7300PUA TV through a set of Bluetooth Headphones while the TV Internal Speakers are turned off... It seems that LG's USA website needs to be updated because LG's search results about our 55UM7300PUA model seem incomplete. The LG Tech Support website does not list the 55UM7300PUA as a TV nor Smart TV product and no 55UM7300PUA or 55UM73 manual is listed in search results. I finally found the Owners Manual for our 55UM7300PUA through a Google search, but this PDF Owners Manual I downloaded does not say if our 55UM7300PUA supports LG sound sync or which manufacturer/models of Bluetooth Headsets . I am disappointed by a lack of technical support from LG in past forum discussions regarding which 3rd Party Bluetooth Headsets with work completely and correctly with LG sound sync and WebOS. LG Technical Support is forcing customers like me to buy Bluetooth Headsets at our expense, they ask us to do their testing with a lack of specific 55UM7300PUA documentation, and they direct us to "refer to headset model names in user guide" that are not simply listed. Does our 55UM7300PUA support the use of Bluetooth Headphones and is "LG sound sync" required for use with Bluetooth Headphones? Why should we have to test 3rd party Headsets at our expense when LG Tech Support should specifiy which OEM and 3rd party Headsets work with which LG TV models?

  13. Hi. Just bought a LG UH605V TV. I want to easily connect wireless headphones because using the jack in the rear is not easy for me (TV too close to the wall). What Sound Sync headphones can I buy that are compatible with this TV? Or is there another solution? Thank you.
  14. I have a 43LJ5500 and want use headphones while watching the TV. There is no 3.5mm Port. I can get to the Sound Out menu but it won’t fine the LG Tone wireless headphones that I just bought for this purpose. Am I just missing something, or does this TV not support wireless headphones?
  15. My LG 55" UJ630v , WebOS version: 03.60.15 When using Home Audio system, and streaming TV sound to audio system via bluetooth, there is always sound lag (lip sync delay)... i failed to find any setting for sound/audio speed to be able synchronize audio with TV. Please advise.
  16. Hi, I bought a 47 inch 650V TV a week ago and I noticed that this SmarTV has a huge potential but still lacks very basic features. So I hope that I don't regret buying this TV if a update don't gives us some really great improvements. * First of all, WebOS it's slow. It really needs a huge performance improvement. Im not a BETA tester. If the system it's not ready, they should have hold it for a while and hire some inside beta testers. * Youtube app doesn't play videos in HD. Compared to my AppleTV, the difference it's huge. This is a 1080p SmartTV and there's not a single option on Youtube to play everything in 1080p or at least, 720p. * Audio Output only gives us a option to select one instead of a multiple sound output. Sometimes I use a Digital Out Surround Systems, and in my old LG TV, I could use the TV Speakers and this digital audio at the same time and only mute the TV. It's the fastest way to use both. In this new smartv, I have go to the audio settings to choose the audio output everytime. For a slow system, it's a really painful solution. * This TV has Bluetooth built in, and there's not a single option to pair a Keyboard, Mouse or a Audio Device. It's locked to LGs proprietary Bluetooth devices. It's inaceptable since Bluetooth technology is standard and to use a Bluetooth Keyboard/Mouse/A2DP sound I have to get a pack that cames with a USB Bluetooth dongle. So all my BT keyboards and mouses that doesn't have that USB dongle can't be used. * I own a LG G2 Smartphone and I cannot simple use the LG SmartShare. It's slow and crashes all the time, so sharing my videos and photos to TV it's simple mission impossible. The same goes for Wi-fi Direct. It simply doesn't work. And the same goes for the LG TV Remote App. It's very slow when we try to use the "mouse pointer". * It's not possible to resize .srt subtitles and tags like <i> and <b> are not recognized by the TV. So not only I can't have Italic and Bold text, but those tags are also added to the subtitles like normal text... And I notice this with just one week of usage, so obviously there's a lot more things to improve but this features are simple to use on my AppleTV and my LG can't handle them very well. I bought this TV and paid the extra money to get a good SmarTV compared to the 5700 model, with the intention to get rid off the Apple TV... but at this moment I just can't...
