  1. Audio With our older TV's (Aony Samsung) my wife is capable to switch music output to our soundsystem. We our current LG TV, the LG programmer has decided to default switch of the (digital) output and have no option to activate to select both output via the TV Speakers (wich you can mute) and the external audio output. If LG had put a audio exit menu option under the mute button she would be able te handle it on her own but instead he menu is so complex - you have to be a computer specialist - to change the audio settings. I informed LG that Samsung always has signal on the external audio output, informed that the current audio setup is to complex for a normal housewife who wants to switch the music to the audio device and asked them to make a software change. Until now no result, may be the wife of the LG programmer can help/explain why a house wife friendly audio switch function should be a prio 1 ...../;-) Urgent #Request for development to add a house wife friendly switch function from TV to external audio. For instance put een extra menu under the mute button where you can select the audio output
  2. SOLVED Removing the app again from the selection bar and install the NPO app from the LG store solved the problem.
  3. After i update the app "npo" via the LG store i was surprised with two npo icons in the selection bar. I deleted the old one one the toolbar by press 2 times up and x on the icon. But starting the new NPO gives no response (switches back to tv). Deleting the latets npo app by selecting it on the selectionbar and press up 2 times (normaly you get the x symbol) won't work (the selection bar is there but does not respond any more, if have to exit and start webtv selection bar again). It seems removing the old npo app has corrupted the newly installed npo app........ Selecting the npo app in the LG store My Page and use the waste basket, select npo app and remove button looks like it is removed but on the toolbar the npo icon is still there. Also the same behaviour is described above. Starting NPO from the webstore gives the error message "opstarten niet mogelijk Probeer het opnieuw nadat de app is geinstalleerd" (means startins is not posible, try again after installation. Remove npo in " my page" and directly install returns with the start button (looks oke) but after selecting start it gives the same error message as starting from the initial webstore page. Though it looks a kind of corruption in a register from the webtv application......:-( Does anyone has a good idea/instruction to solve that corruption without having to reset the compete LG TV to factory defaults (and have to setup the complete device again :-b (will cost me more hours because i use the analogue TV,,,) Thanks for reading and regards
